Cuttin’ It Fine Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Cuttin’ It Fine. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we won’t take it personally and are happy to help.

Returns

 You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must return your items via your local postal service. We do not offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked service for security to avoid delay/lost packages.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

 If you would like to exchange an item, fill out the required fields in the ‘exchanges’ section of the returns form. The exchange and return form serve the same purpose. You can download our returns form Here

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging or packaging similar to protect the item.

 You must return your items via your local postal service. Unfortunately we cannot offer free exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service for security to avoid delay/lost packages. 

When returning items please be sure to include the returns form inside. This way we know your order number and what you would like us to do with it. You can print the returns form above, if you are unable to print then write your order number, refund, exchange clearly on a piece of paper and pop it in the package. 

Then what?

If your requested size is in stock, we will re-process your new order and send to your original order address. If the size you request is no longer in stock, we will contact you via email. You can request another item or request a refund.

Shipping

Please remember we are a small independent clothing & record label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
